Bolivia – July-Aug 2025

Registration opens Monday, May 20, 2024, 8:00 am (Pacific time).  

Bolivia is one of the most exotic destinations in South America, with indigenous culture, traditional markets, and stunning scenery.   The tour begins in the high-altitude capital of La Paz, with snow-capped mountains nearby.  Fly to Sucre, the “White City” with beautiful colonial architecture.  Continue to the legendary silver-mining city of Potosi, the highest city in the world.  Spend 3 days exploring the dazzling white salt flats of Salar de Uyuni and nearby high-altitude lakes, islands, and national parks.  Fly back to La Paz to catch a flight back to the USA, or hop across the border to northern Chile and explore the Atacama Desert. Option to join the GeoTours Peru tour before the Bolivia tour.
